Shipments

  • We ship all of our packages with the United States Postal Service.
  • Depending on the order amount or location we will use standard postal services, first class mail or priority mail.
  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Add the processing time to the shipping method for an estimated delivery date.
  • Shipping within the United States: All orders will be shipped via regular U.S. Postal services
  • First Class Mail: 2 to 9 business days (The USPS does NOT guarantee delivery times)
  • Orders Under $30 will be sent under USPS first class
  • Orders Over $30 will be sent out under Priority Mail 2-3 day

Returns

  1. Products to be returned must include all components in the original unbroken packaging. Any product in opened packaging will not be accepted for return, regardless of condition.
  2. Customer must contact Oklahomies for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without return authorization.
  3. Shipping costs for return of products that were incorrectly packed or shipped by Oklahomies will be paid by Oklahomies. Shipping costs for all other returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
  4. The value of the returned products shall be the actual price paid by the buyer for the product, not to include original shipping and handling charges.
  5. Full credit will be given for returned products that were incorrectly packed or shipped by Oklahomies. All other returns will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee; customer will receive 85% credit against the original price of the product.
  6. All Custom orders canceled or returned will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee; customer will receive 85% credit against the original price of the product.
  7. Oklahomies wants to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.  We back up our products so our customers are always have 14 days after receipt of purchase to return the Decals.  No refunds will be given without returned decals or authorization by Oklahomies. Please contact Oklahomies at info@oklahomies.com for authorization. Customers pay for return shipping.  Once we receive your decal, we will compare to the original order and provide a full refund.

  8. Custom Orders all sales are final with no returns excepted.  Exceptions would be incorrect information on the decals which we will  be compared to the approved proof authorized by the client.  We do not insure orders under $20 so if you want to ensure your decals arrive safely and on-time, we recommend you add our priority mail option with tracking.
